We got tired of good projects taking bad advice

We spent ten years inside crypto, watching teams pay for playbooks written for somebody else. So we started Sync. Every plan is tailored to the project in front of us. The advice comes from having owned the budget, not from having serviced someone who did.

  • 0110Years inside crypto
  • 02100+Names in the book
  • 03280%Media revenue lift

Clients

In their words

Named, with their profiles attached. Every quote is about a specific thing that changed.

Announcements died between drafts. Now a release ships two hours after sign-off, interview prep is five minutes instead of forty-five, and I am not the bottleneck.
David StreltsoffGlobal Head of Institutional Sales & Partnerships, Abra
Our CEO pitched himself to podcasts for a year with nothing to show. Two weeks in, Sync had him on 6 top shows, two of them fully complimentary. Now hosts approach him.
Kate MelnykMarketing Manager, Kyrrex Exchange
We wanted Turkey and LATAM and did not know who was credible in either. Sync picked the KOLs. Hundreds of users from the first wave, and our name travels in both markets now.
Stan HavryliukCEO, Sats Terminal
We launched with 3,000 members and no go-to-market plan. Sync took us past 140,000, and theirs are the ones still active.
Farrukh ShukurovFounder, Monsta
We used to lose days to reporting and outlet research. Their AI stack handles both now, so we spend our time pitching journalists and building relationships instead.

Questions we get asked

Everything people ask before the first call, answered in full rather than in a brochure sentence.

What does working with you actually look like?

Seven steps, and you can stop after the first one owing nothing.
  • 01Audit Free. You keep it either way.
  • 02Discovery call Thirty minutes, no deck.
  • 03Proposal Scope, price, timeline.
  • 04Strategy Written, with the numbers we will be judged on.
  • 05Approval You sign off before spend.
  • 06Execution Weekly reporting against those numbers.
  • 07Handover Systems and advisory, so it survives us.

What does a Web3 marketing agency actually do?

Sync covers the commercial side of a crypto project: business development and sales infrastructure, marketing and PR, go-to-market and token economics, exchange listings, community, and the technical build underneath. Most projects come to us for one of those and stay for several.

How much does crypto marketing cost?

It depends on scope, stage and how much of the work sits in-house. The demo ends with a number, so you find out before you talk to anyone about a contract.

How long does a CEX listing take?

Anywhere from a few weeks to several months, driven by the exchange tier, your liquidity arrangements, your legal position and your existing traction. We will tell you honestly if a listing is premature.

What is the difference between crypto PR and KOL marketing?

PR earns coverage in publications a journalist controls. KOL marketing pays individuals with an audience to talk about you. They buy different things, they fail in different ways, and the two need separate measurement.

Do you work with early-stage projects?

Yes, and often the earlier the better, because the expensive mistakes happen before launch. We also say no when a project is not ready, which is cheaper for both of us than taking the retainer.

What happens on the demo call?

Thirty minutes. You show us the project, we tell you what we would change, in what order, and what it would cost. You keep all of it whether or not you work with us.

How are you different from other Web3 agencies?

Two things. We have operated inside a major crypto brand rather than only serviced one, so the advice comes from having owned the budget. And we know the media and agency landscape personally, which means we know which outlets and which partners actually move a metric.
